Gigbuilder employs a security model that passes the Pentagon's C2 level
of security which is higher than just about any other database system
on the planet -- including ALL of Microsoft's products.
The Access Control list which provides authentication to your
Gigbuilder has only YOUR username as the authorized Editor of your
Gigbuilder.
General public has NO ACCESS besides access to PUBLIC pages (ie your check date form, customer login, etc).
Developers have Designer access to your gigbuilder so we can make changes and FIX things if they go wrong.
Other WeDJ.com support people have NO ACCESS whatsoever to your
Gigbuilder system and cannot help you fix problems unless you provide
them your username and password.
This extremely tight security model is necessary to build TRUST that
your data is safe, so if a support person cannot access your Gigbuilder
system, don't be angry with them. It is for your protection.
If you have specific problems with gigbuilder, simply create a helpdesk ticket at http://helpdesk.wedj.com, and your gigbuilder-related issues will be directed to a designer who has the
authority to fix your issue.
That being said:
Never, never, never provide your Gigbuilder user id and password to anyone.
If you feel your password has been compromised, click HERE to view information on how to change your passwords.
