Setup > Events Planning > Events - Select the event type you want your document to pertain to. Click to open.

Locate "Additional Documents" section. Highlight the name of your new document. Save document.

Open a client folder. Click "Paperwork" tab. Click "Login as Client" button.

Click "Print Agreements, Worksheets, Etc." link.

Locate "Additional Documents" section. Click "Wed Page" button for that document.

Copy web page URL.

Setup > Event Planning > Worksheets - Locate the worksheet you want the document you've created to link to. Open worksheet.

Locate the field you would like the document link to appear in. Click the "Edit" button or create a new field by clicking "New Field" button. Select field type. Enter title. Type <a href=" in description field. Paste the web page URL in description field. Type "target="new" onClick="window.open('Paste the web page URL again here. Type ','new','width=707,height=808,scrollbars=yes'); return false;">XXXXXX (Name of link. Example: First Dance Suggestions).
Your full string will look like: <a href="http://demo.gigbuilder.com/caltest.nsf/htmlReport?openagent&report=2FD43A950B01842686256E14001D463F&parent=999D88E24E7C0FF8862575D80033EA3C"target="new" onClick="window.open('http://demo.gigbuilder.com/caltest.nsf/htmlReport?openagent&report=2FD43A950B01842686256E14001D463F&parent=999D88E24E7C0FF8862575D80033EA3C','new','width=707,height=808,scrollbars=yes'); return false;">XXXXXX

Login as client. Click "Modify Your Event Information" link.

Locate worksheet. Click to open worksheet.

Locate the field you edited or your new field that you created. In the second column, locate the name of the link you created. For example: First Dance Suggestions. Click link. The document that you created under Setup > Paperwork > Documents should appear with full working links. Click a music title link in the document. A sample for that song should now open up. Congratulations! The long process is over!
