Web Tools > Configuration > Client Options: Venue Selection Section - Select "Yes". If the venue for a customer has NOT been selected, you can provide the customer with an option to select a venue for the first time.  Clients will not be able to change their venue after a venue has been selected.  They must notify you of any venue change to prevent any breakdown in communication of such a change.
