I just upgraded and can't access Gigbuilder... Why?

Thank you for choosing to upgrade your service with us!  We hope you'll see a great return on your investment as many others have.  The system automatically creates new Gigbuilders at the top of each hour.  Therefore, your Gigbuilder might not be available for one to two hours depending on how many Gigbuilders the system has to create.  If you had Gigbuilder in the past but downgraded, your Gigbuilder was suspended at the time of the downgrade.  Your Gigbuilder will be reinstated at the top of the hour when you choose to upgrade again.

If a few hours have passed and you still do not have access to your Gigbuilder, please create a support ticket at http://helpdesk.wedj.com.
