When my client logs in, why does it say, "Additional changes MUST be completed by phone"?

This happens when your client has been locked out from making changes to their online planner.  Grant your client access and they will be able to make any necessary changes.  For more information, see:  Where do I set the number of lockout days for the client planner and How do I override a client's access to their planner if they have been locked out.
