Why can't my clients make a payment amount higher than the deposit amount?

This is a common issue after a client has made the initial deposit payment.  Open the event file.  Click the "Edit" button.  Click the "Details" tab.  Locate the "Date Tracking" section.  Enter / select a date in the "Deposit Paid" field.  Click the "Save" or "Save & Close" button.  Clients should now be able to make a payment amount of their choice.
