What is a Blackout?

By using the "Check Availability" form provided within Gigbuilder to your customers, you may come across times where you (or one of your employees or systems may not be available - this is where the Blackout feature comes into play.

Date of Blackout: The specific date that you need to eliminate availability

Number of Slots: In your company setup (Setup/Gigbuilder System/Availability) - you've set the number of events you can do in one day.  In the "Number of Slots" field, you can block out any of these.

Reason for Blackout: This is not seen by customers.

System Hardware: Optionally select system hardware which will not be available on this date

People: Optionally select people/employees/helpers who will not be able to work on this specific date
