See Fig. A above. This is the new package creation page. It is also the detailed package information file which can be edited. The following sections are displayed on this page:
Package Name: This is the name of the package. Click in the text field and enter a package name. Package Time:
Default Time - This is the default performance time for the package. Select the number of hours in the first drop-down box. Select the number of minutes in the second drop-down box.
Est. Setup Time - This is the default estimated setup time for the package. Select the number of hours in the first drop-down box. Select the number of minutes in the second drop-down box.
Est. Breakdown Time - This is the default estimated breakdown time for the package. Select the number of hours in the first drop-down box. Select the number of minutes in the second drop-down box.
Package Description: This is the description of the package. Click in the text paragraph and enter a package description. Package Availability:
Limit by Date Range - This controls the date range limit of the package. Select a radio button option.
Start Date - This is the start date of the date range limit of the package. Click in the text field and enter a date or select a date from the calendar.
End Date - This is the end date of the date
range limit of the package. Click in the text field and enter a date or
select a date from the calendar.
Package Pricing:
Default Price - This is the default price of the package. Click in the text field and enter a package price.
Default Overtime - This is the default overtime rate per hour. Click in the text field and enter an overtime rate.
Price Category - This field controls the price category rating. Select a rating from the drop-down box.
Default Deposit - This is the default deposit amount of the package. Click in the text field and enter an amount. Select how to calculate the amount in the drop-down box.
Off-Peak Price - This is the off-peak price of the package. Click in the text field and enter a package price. Note that this should not be a deduction amount. It should be the actual price of the package.
Off-Peak Days - This field controls which days are to be considered off-peak days of the package. Select a radio button option(s).
Package Notes: This is a note(s) that pertains to the package. Click in the text paragraph and enter a package note(s). Package Components (optional):
Default System - This field controls the default system to be used for this package. Select a default system from the drop-down box.
Additional Components - This field controls the additional components to be used for this package. Select inventory items that belong to the system. To select multiple items press CTRL + left mouse click.
