Event File : Post Tab

See Fig. A above.  This is the post tab of the new event creation page.  It is also part of the event file, which can be edited, that is referred to throughout the Gigbuilder FAQs.  The following sections are displayed on this page:

Completion Date:
  • Estimated Completion Date -  This is the estimated completion date for the post production work.  Click in the text field and enter a date. 
Completed Tasks:  This is a list of completed tasks for the post production work.  This section is automatically populated when a new task is created and cannot be edited. 

Shipping Information:
  • Shipping Carrier -  This is the shipping carrier for any package being sent.  Select a shipping carrier from the drop-down box.
  • Tracking Number -  This is the tracking number of the shipping carrier.  Click in the text field and enter a tracking number.
Current Task:  This is the current task and the percentage of completion.

New Task:
  This is the new task creation area.  Select a task from the drop-down box.  Click the "Create New Task" button.  Post production workflow items are created under Setup > Event Planning > Post-Production.
