Event File : Client Tab

See Fig. A above. This is the client tab of the new event creation page. It is also part of the event file, which can be edited, that is
referred to throughout the Gigbuilder FAQs. The following sections are
displayed on this page:
Primary Client:
- <change> Link - This link is used to change the primary client name to that of another client. Click the link and type a few letters of the last name of the client you wish to change to. A drop-down list will populate with clients matching those few letters.
- Name - This is the name of the primary client. Click in the first text field and enter a first name. Click in the second text field and enter a last name. This field is automatically populated if the event was created via the check availability form.
- [i] Button - This button will open the detailed primary client information file. Click the button and a pop-up window will appear with extended information about the client.
- Primary Phone - This is the primary phone number of the primary client. Click in the text field and enter a phone number. This field is automatically populated if the event was created via the check availability form and this information was entered.
- Cellular - This is the cellular number of the primary client. Click in the text field and enter a phone number. This field is automatically populated if the event was created via the check availability form and this information was entered.
- SMS Button - This button will open the "Send a Text Message" box to be sent to the cellular number. Click in text paragraph and enter a message. Click the "Send Message" button.
- Best Time to Call - This is the best time to call of the primary client. Click in the text field and enter information. This field is automatically populated if the event was created via the check availability form and this information was entered.
- Email - This is the email of the primary client. Click in the text field and enter an email address. This is also a link that will launch an email application of your choice. This field is automatically populated if the event was created via the check availability form and this information was entered.
- M Button - This button will open the "Gigbuilder : Memo" box to be sent to the email address. Predefined, as well as non-predefined custom emails can be sent from this box. Click in the first text field and enter a copy to email address if needed. Click in the second text field and enter a subject for the email. Click in the text paragraph and enter the message of the email. Alternatively, select a predefined custom email from the drop-down box and click the "Insert Custom Email" button. Click the "Send" button when the email is ready to be sent.
- Client Login Password - This is the password for the client to access their online planner. Click in the text field and enter a password. This field is automatically populated
if the event was created via the check availability form and this
information was entered by the client or if this information
- Relation to Event - This is the primary client's relation to the event. Click in the text field and enter the relation to the event.
- Meetings - This is any meetings that have been setup with the primary client.
- New Meeting Button - This button opens the New Appointment/Meeting screen for creating a new appointment/meeting for the primary client.
Additional Contact:

few letters of the last name of the contact you wish to change to. A
drop-down list will populate with contacts matching those few letters.
- Name - This is the name of the additional contact. Click in the first text field and enter a first name. Click in
the second text field and enter a last name.
- [i] Button - This button will open the detailed contact information file. Click the button and a pop-up window
will appear with extended information about the contact.
- Description - This is the description for the additional contact. Click in the text field and enter a description.
- Primary Phone - This is the primary phone number of the additional contact. Click in the text field and enter a phone number. This field is automatically populated if the event was created via the check availability form and this information was entered.
- Best Time to Call - This is the best time to call of the additional contact. Click in the text field and enter information.
- Email - This is the email of the additional contact. Click in the text field and enter an email address. This is also a link that will launch an email application of your

- M Button - This
button will open the "Gigbuilder : Memo" box to be sent to the email

Alternate/Billing Contact (in Primary Client):
- Billing/Other Contact - This is the name of the billing/other contact. Click in the text field and enter a name.
- Description - This is the description for the billing/other contact. Click in the text field and enter a description.
- Primary Phone - This is the primary phone number of the billing/other contact. Click in the text field and enter a phone number.
- Email - This is the email of the billing/other contact. Click in the text field and enter an email address.
- M Button - This
button will open the "Gigbuilder : Memo" box to be sent to the email
address. Predefined, as well as non-predefined custom emails can be
sent from this box. Click in the first text field and enter a copy to
email address if needed. Click in the second text field and enter a
subject for the email. Click in the text paragraph and enter the
message of the email. Alternatively, select a predefined custom email
from the drop-down box and click the "Insert Custom Email" button.
Click the "Send" button when the email is ready to be sent.
