See Fig. A above. This is the new event creation page. It is also the detailed event file which can be edited. The following sections (commonly referred to as tabs) are displayed on this page:
Summary Tab: The summary tab provides a basic summary of the event including: event status, event status, contact history, private event notes, and automated messages.
Details Tab: The details tab provides specifics of the event including: event details, times, and date tracking.
Client Tab: The client tab provides basic client information of the event including: primary client, additional contact, and alternate/billing contact.
Venues Tab: The venues tab provides basic venue information of the event including: primary venue, secondary venue, and special instructions for both venues.
Resources Tab: The resources tab provides basic resource information assigned to the event including: employee assignment(s) and equipment.
Paperwork Tab: The paperwork tab provides specific paperwork of the event including: primary planning form, additional planing forms, event timeline, contract, satisfaction survey, additional paperwork, and allows for logging in as a client or guest.
Pricing Tab: The pricing tab provides specific costs and expenses of the event including: package cost, options, discounts/coupons, deposit/retainer, pricing summery, and profitability summary.
Accounting Tab: The accounting tab provides specific accounting details of the event including: payments, expenses, service description, and financial notes.
Other: The other tab provides specifics of the event including: age of guests, guest interaction, miscellaneous, special announcements, notes provided by event planner, and event website.
Contacts: The contacts tab provides specific information of the event including: vendor information and additional client emails.
Music: The music tab provides music details of the event including: guest request system , music request system, and list management.
Post: The post tab provides post production work of the event including: completion date, completed tasks, shipping information, current task, and new task.
