This view displays
all new website requests. These requests come in via the check availability form. "New Event", "New Task", and "New Appointment" buttons are also provided to create a new event, task, and appointment. Using the search bar along the top of
each column will
automatically limit the new website requests listed to what is being searched
for.
A red "Clear" link is provided to clear the search. The following columns of information are displayed on this page:
Created Date:This is
the date the new website request was created. Clicking on any
date will open the event file for that date. Entering a
specific or partial date in the search box above this column will
automatically return only the new website request(s) for that date
when pressing the "Enter" key.
Event Date: This is
the event date of the new website request. Entering a specific
or partial date in the search box above this column will
automatically return only the new website request(s) with that date
when pressing the "Enter" key.
Event Type:This
is the event type of the new website request. Clicking the
drop-down in the box above this column and selecting an event type
will automatically return only the new website request(s) with that
type. Client Name:
This is the primary client name of the new website request. Clicking any name will open the detailed client information file for that name. Entering a specific or partial name in the search box above this column
will
automatically return only the new website request(s) for that name when pressing the "Enter" key.
Primary Phone:This is
the primary phone number of the new website request. Entering a
specific or partial number in the search box above this column will
automatically return only the new website request(s) with that number
when pressing the "Enter" key.
Best Time to Call: This is
the best time to call of the new website request. Entering
specific or partial information in the search box above this column
will automatically return only the new website request(s)for that
information when pressing the "Enter" key.
