This view displays
all pending events. "New Event", "New Task", and "New Appointment" buttons are also provided
to create a new event, task, and appointment. Using the search bar
along the top of
each column will
automatically limit the pending events listed to what is being
searched
for.
A red "Clear" link is provided to clear the search. The following columns of information are displayed on this page:
Event Date: This is
the event date of the pending event. Clicking any event date
will open the event file for that date. Entering a specific or
partial date in the search box above this column will automatically
return only the pending event(s) with that date when pressing the
"Enter" key.
Type Of Event: This is the event type of
the pending event. Clicking the drop-down in the box above this
column and selecting an event type will automatically return only the
pending event(s) with that type. Client Name:
This is the name of the primary client for the pending event. Clicking any name will open the detailed client information file for that
name. Entering a specific or partial name in the search box above
this column
will
automatically return only the pending event(s) for that name when pressing the "Enter" key.
Next Action: This is
the next action to be taken for the pending event. Clicking the
drop-down in the box above this column and selecting a next action
will automatically return only the pending event(s) with that next
action.
Primary Venue: This is
the primary venue for the pending event. Clicking any venue
will open the detailed venue information file for that venue.
Entering a specific or partial venue in the search box above
this column will automatically return only the pending event(s) with
that venue when pressing the "Enter" key.
Resource:This is
employee #1 assigned to the pending event. Clicking any
employee will open the detailed information file for that employee.
Clicking the drop-down in the box above this column and selecting an
employee will automatically return only the pending event(s) with that employee.
