This view displays
all the confirmed (booked) events. A
"New Event", "New Task", and "New Appointment" button is also provided
to create a new event, task, and appointment. Using the search bar
along the top of
each column will
automatically limit the confirmed events listed to what is being
searched
for.
A red "Clear" link is provided to clear the search. The following columns of information are displayed on this page:
Event Date: This is
the event date of the confirmed event. Clicking on any date
will open the event file for that date. Entering a specific or
partial date in the search box above this column will automatically
return only the confirmed event(s) with that date when pressing the
"Enter" key.
Type Of Event:
This is the event type of the completed event. Clicking the drop-down in the box above this column and
selecting any type of event will
automatically return only the completed event(s) with the selected type of event. Client Name:This is the name of the primary client of the confirmed event. Clicking any name
will open the detailed client information file for that name. Entering a specific or partial name in the search box above this column
will
automatically return only the completed event(s) for that name when pressing the "Enter" key. Balance:This is
the balance of the completed event. Entering a specific or
partial number in the search box above this column will automatically
return only the completed event(s) for that number when pressing the
"Enter" key.
Primary Venue:This is
the primary venue of the confirmed event. Clicking on any venue
name will open the detailed venue information file for that name.
Entering a specific or partial venue in the search box above this
column will automatically return only the confirmed event(s) with
that venue when pressing the "Enter" key.
Resources: This is
employee #1 and employee #2 assigned to the confirmed
event. Entering a specific or partial name in the search
box above this column will automatically return only the confirmed
event(s) with that name when pressing the "Enter" key.
