This is the new task creation screen. The following sections and buttons are displayed on this page:
Task Name:
This is the name given for the task. Click in the text field and enter a name for the task.
Description:This is the description for the task. Click in the text field and enter a description for the task. Assignments:This is the staff assigned to the task. Select staff members by left mouse clicking their name. Select multiple staff member by holding CTRL+left mouse clicking multiple names. Staff can be added to Gigbuilder via the Resources > Employees menu. Task Details:
This is the details of the task. Select the task type from the drop-down box. Click in the start date field and select a date for the start of the task. Click in the completion date field and select a date for the completion of the task. Alternatively, MM/DD/YYYY can be typed in the date fields.
Reminders:
This is the reminders that will be sent for the task. Check admin, staff, or both next to the email field if you would like the a reminder for the task sent via email. Check admin, staff, or both next to the text/SMS field if you would like the reminder for the task to be sent via text/SMS. Select whether or not to receive a reminder in the daily summary email from the drop-down box.
Mark Completed Button: The mark completed button is used to change the status of a task to completed.
