What is PCI and what role does this play with Quantum Payment Gateway?

PCI stands for “Payment Card Industry” and it is the security standard that all payment gateways and transaction systems must be compliant with. Merchants must also comply with these guidelines.

The Quantum Payment Gateway has been PCI certified by an independent auditor in early 2007. It will thus appear on the next published CISP/PCI provider list in the Visa directory
