Dashboard/Homepage Configurations

See Fig. A above.  This is the dashboard/homepage display configuration setup screen.  The dashboard/homepage configuration can be edited at any time.  The following sections are displayed on this page:

Upcoming Events:
  • Display Options -  This field controls which column, if any, to display upcoming events.  Select an option from the drop-down box.
  • Maximum Events -  This field controls the number of upcoming events to display.  Select an option from the drop-down box.
Day Planner:
  • Display Options -  This field controls which column, if any, to display the calendar.  Select an option from the drop-down box.
  • Number of days -  This field controls the number of upcoming events to display.  Select an option from the drop-down box.
Tasks:
  • Display Options -  This field controls which column, if any, to display tasks.  Select an option from the drop-down box.
  • Number of Tasks -  This field controls the number of upcoming events to display.  Select an option from the drop-down box.
New Events:
  • Display Options -  This field controls which column, if any, to display new events.  Select an option from the drop-down box.
  • Number of Events -  This field controls the number of upcoming events to display.  Select an option from the drop-down box.
Leads:
  • Display Options -  This field controls which column, if any, to display leads.  Select an option from the drop-down box.
  • Number of Events -  This field controls the number of leads to display.  Select an option from the drop-down box.
Pursued:
  • Display Options -  This field controls which column, if any, to display pursued events.  Select an option from the drop-down box.
  • Number of Events -  This field controls the number of pursued events to display.  Select an option from the drop-down box.
Contracts Pending:
  • Display Options -  This field controls which column, if any, to display pending events.  Select an option from the drop-down box.
  • Number of Events -  This field controls the number of pending events to display.  Select an option from the drop-down box.
Post-Production:
  • Display Options -  This field controls which column, if any, to display post-production events.  Select an option from the drop-down box.
  • Number of Events -  This field controls the number of post-production events to display.  Select an option from the drop-down box.
Next Actions:
  • Display Options -  This field controls which column, if any, to display next actions.  Select an option from the drop-down box.
  • Action Description -  This field controls the length of the description to display.  Select an option from the drop-down box.
  • Number of Actions -  This field controls the number of next actions to display.  Select an option from the drop-down box.
Blackout/Time Off Requests:
  • Display Options -  This field controls which column, if any, to display blackout/time off requests.  Select an option from the drop-down box.
  • Number of Items -  This field controls the number of blackout/time off requests to display.  Select an option from the drop-down box.
Recently Modified:
  • Display Options -  This field controls which column, if any, to display recently modified events.  Select an option from the drop-down box.
  • Number of Events -  This field controls the number of recently modified events to display.  Select an option from the drop-down box.
Purchase Manager:
  • Display Options -  This field controls which column, if any, to display songs to purchase.  Select an option from the drop-down box.
  • Number of Items -  This field controls the number of songs to purchase to display.  Select an option from the drop-down box.
General (applies to most modules):
  • Display Primary employee with each event -  This field controls how to display the primary assigned employee.  Select an option from the drop-down box.
  • Display Additional employees with each event -  This field controls how to display additional assigned employees.  Select an option from the drop-down box.
  • Display Admin with each event -  This field controls how to display the assigned admin.  Select an option from the drop-down box.
  • Show Location name with each event -  This field controls if the venue associated with each event should be displayed.  Select an option from the drop-down box.
