Shared Resources:
Slot - This field represents the slot number of the shared resource. Up to five slots are available for use. This field cannot be edited.
16 Digit Gibuilder ID - This field represents the 16 digit Gigbuilder ID of the shared resource. Obtain the 16 digit Gigbuilder ID from another Gigbuilder user. Click in the text field and enter the 16 digit Gigbuilder ID.
Appointment Options - This field controls the appointment options that are available to the shared resource. Select an option from the drop-down menu.
Event Options - This field controls the event options that are available to the shared resource. This field to be released in a future Gigbuilder update.
Check Availability Options - This field controls the check availability options that are available to the shared resource. This field to be released in a future Gigbuilder update.
Status - This field represents the connection status of the shared resource. This field cannot be edited.

Share event information - This field controls which page to post event information to on Facebook. Select an option from the drop-down box.
Name or ID of your fan page - This field dictates which facebook fan page ID to post to. Click in the text field and enter your facebook fan page ID. Find obtaining Facebook ID instructions here.
Google Calendar:
Item - This field represents the item number of the Google calendar.Up to four items are available for use. This field cannot be edited.
Passcode (must be unique) - This field will become part of the Google calendar URL. Click the text field box and enter a passcodeand click the 'Save Changes" button.
Appointment Options - This field controls the displaying of appointments on your Google calendar. Select an option from the drop-down box.
Event Options - This field controls what type of confirmed events to display on the Google calendar. Select an option from the drop-down box.
Google URL (must save first) - This is the URL that is required by Google calendar to sync with Gigbuilder. You must save changes after entering a passcode to obtain the appropriate URL. This field cannot be edited.

Slot Check Results: This section displays the company name and the appointment option associated with that company that are sharing Gigbuilder resourceswith your company. This section cannot be edited.
