Maximum Booked Events per Day: This is the number of events that can be booked on all specified days. This section should be used in conjunction with the "Days of the Week" section or the "Maximum Booked Events by Day". Use the "Days of the Week" section when choosing a constant number. Example: Only 2 events can be booked on a Saturday or Sunday. Select a number from the drop-down box and proceed to the "Days of the Week" section. Use the "Maximum Booked Events by Day" section when the number of events varies by day. Example: 3 events can be booked on Saturday and 2 events on Sunday. Select "Varies by Day" from the drop-down box and proceed to the "Maximum Booked Events by Day" section.
Days of the Week: These are the specified days of the week that are available to be booked. Place a check-mark next to each day that is available for booking. For example, if wanting to be booked any day of the week, then check all days. If you are selecting available systems by the day of week in the "Maximum Booked Events by Day" section, then this field has no value.
Maximum Booked Events by Day: This is the number of events that can be booked on any given day. Select a number from the drop-down box for each day with the number of available systems for that day. "Varies by Day" must be selected in the "Maximum Booked Events per Day" section for this section to have value.
