See Fig. A above. This is the general company information setup screen. General company information can be edited at any time. The following sections are displayed on this page:
Name and Location:
- Company Name - This your company name. Click in the text field and enter your company's name.
- Office Address - This is your company's office address. Click in the text field and enter your company's office address.
- State/Province - This is the state your company is located in. Select a state from the drop-down box.
- Office Phone - This is the telephone number of your company. Click in the text field and enter your company's telephone number.
- Liability Insurance - This field indicates liability insurance coverage. Select your company's coverage from the drop-down box.
- Type of Company - This is the type of business related to your company. Select a type from the drop-down box.
- City - This is the city your business located in. Click in the text field and enter a city.
- Zip/Postal - This is the zip/postal code for your company's address. Click in the text field and enter your company's zip/postal code.
- Office Fax - This is the telephone fax number of your company. Click in the text field and enter your company's telephone fax number.
- Equipment Insurance - This field indicates equipment insurance coverage. Select your company's coverage from the drop-down box.
Theme: This section controls the look and feel of Gigbuilder. Select a theme from the drop-down box.
Notifications:
- Your Email Address - This is the email address that the daily summary email will be sent to. All new leads, booking information, and notifications will also be sent to this email address. Gigbuilder will also use this email address as the reply to email address for scheduled emails. Note that you must use a domain email address such as yourcompany@yourcompany.com for Gigbuilder to use this email address in the sent from field in a scheduled email. See example. ISP email addresses such as @aol.com, @yahoo.com, @gmail.com, etc. will use noreply@gigbuilder.com in the sent from field. Note that when the client/prospect clicks to reply to the email, your actual email address entered will be listed in the reply to field. See example. Click in the text field and enter an email address for Gigbuilder to use.
- Your Email Name - This is the email name that can be prepended to an email message for further personalization. Click in the text field and enter a name or leave blank.
- Daily Summary Email - Gigbuilder will send a daily summary email containing an overview of activities and actions that need to be attended to on that day. This email will also list imported lead emails, scheduled SMS messages, and emails that were sent out automatically. Client's recent login activity, and upcoming event information is included as well. Select an option from the drop-down box.
- Cell Phone - 10 digit number (no dashes) - This is the cell phone number(s) that notifications will be sent to from Gigbuilder. Click in the text field(s) and enter a ten digit cell phone number with no spaces or dashes.
- Allow Text Back - This is for use of the Gigbuilder Text Back System to get instant information about your upcoming events and appointments. Check-mark the box to allow and activate the text back system. It will take up to 30 minutes for the system to activate your cell phone.
Sales Tax:
- Charge Sales Tax - This indicates the usage of sales tax in Gigbuilder. Select an radio button option.
- Sales Tax Rate(s) - This is the sales tax percentage which will be used to calculate pricing in event files. Click in the text field(s) and enter a whole number. Do not use the % sign.
Additional Company Information:
- Home Page - This is your company's website address. Click in the text field and enter your company's website address.
- Time Zone - This is the time zone for your company's location. Select a time zone from the drop-down box.
- Daylight Savings - This field indicates the observance of daylight savings time. Select an option from the drop-down box.
- Company Description - This is a brief description of your company that will be used for the Gigbuilder Internet Directory at www.checkmyweddingdate.com. Click in the text paragraph and enter a description.
