| Gigbuilder : Meeting Locations | ||||||||
Fig. A  See Fig A. above. This view displays all meeting locations for use when creating new appointments/meetings. A "Create New Location" button is also provided to create a new meeting location. Using the search bar along the top of each column will automatically limit the meeting locations listed to what is being searched for. A red "Clear" link is provided to clear the search. The following columns of information are displayed on this page: Location Name: This is the name of the meeting location. Clicking on any location name will open the detailed location file for that meeting location. Entering a specific or partial location name in the search box above this column will automatically return only the meeting location(s) with that name when pressing the "Enter" key. Phone: This is the phone number of the meeting location. Entering a specific or partial number in the search box above this column will automatically return only the meeting location(s) with that number when pressing the "Enter" key. Street Address: This is the street address of the meeting location. Entering a specific or partial address in the search box above this column will automatically return only the meeting location(s) with that address when pressing the "Enter" key. Directions: This column contains a "Click Here" link to Yahoo maps for directions to the meeting location. Gigbuilder will use the "ZIP/Postal" entered in the "Name and Location" section found under Setup > Gigbuilder System > Company Info and the "ZIP/Postal" entered in the meeting location file. Entering a specific or partial information in the search box above this column will automatically return only the meeting location(s) for that information when pressing the "Enter" key. Searching in this column is not a necessity. |
