Fig. A  See Fig A. above. This view displays all electronic payments made using the virtual terminal. A "New Event", "New Task" and "New Appointment" button is also provided to create a new event, task, or appointment. Using the search bar along the top of each column will automatically limit the electronic payments listed to what is being searched for. The following columns of information are displayed on this page: Payment Date: This is the date that the payment was made on. Clicking any payment date will open the payment details for that row. Clicking the drop-down in the box above this column and selecting any date will automatically return only the electronic payments for that selected date. Amount: This is the amount of the electronic payment. Entering a specific amount in the search box above this column will automatically return only the electronic payments of that amount when clicking the "Go" button at the end of the search bar. Type: This is the card type of the electronic payment. Clicking the drop-down in the box above this column and selecting any type will automatically return only the electronic payments for that selected type. Method: This is the status of the electronic payment. Clicking the drop-down in the box above this column and selecting any method will automatically return only the electronic payments with the selected method. Description: This is the description of the electronic payment. This column cannot be searched. |
