See Fig A. above. This view displays all survey results that past clients have completed via their online planner. A "Delete All", "Delete Over 14 Days", and "Delete Over 30 Days" button is also provided to delete survey results. The following columns of information are displayed on this page:
Date Created: This is the date the survey was completed.
Survey Name: This is the name of the survey result based on the client name plus the event type. Clicking on any survey name will open the survey result for that survey name. Event Date:This is the date of the event for the survey result. Event Worksheet: This is the event worksheet for the survey result. Clicking on any event worksheet will open the detailed event file for that survey result.
