| Gigbuilder : Event Next Actions | ||||||||
Fig. A   See Fig A. above. This view displays all event next actions. A "New Event", "New Task", and "New Appointment" button is also provided to create a new event, task, and appointment. Using the search bar along the top of each column will automatically limit the next actions listed to what is being searched for. A red "Clear" link is provided to clear the search. The following columns of information are displayed on this page: Next Action Date: This is the reminder date and time of the next action. Clicking any next action date will open the detailed file for that next action. Entering a specific or partial date in the search box above this column will automatically return only the next actions for that date. Next Action: This is the next action that is to be taken. Clicking the drop-down in the box above this column and selecting a next action type will automatically return only the next actions for that selected next action. Action Description: This is the description of the next action. Entering a specific or partial description in the box above this column will automatically return only the next actions for that description. Event: This is the event name for the next action. Clicking event name will open the detailed event file for that next action. Entering a specific or partial name in the search box above this column will automatically return only the events for that name. |
