See Fig A. above. This view displays all approved time off requests. A "New Time Off" button is also provided to create a new time off request. Using the search bar along the top of each column will automatically limit the approved time off requests listed to what is being searched for. A red "Clear" link is provided to clear the search. The following columns of information are displayed on this page:
Date: This is the date of the approved time off request. Clicking any date will open the detailed approved time off request. Entering a specific or partial date in the search box above this column will automatically return only the approved time off request(s) with that date.
Person: This is the person who the approved requested time off is for. Clicking the drop-down in the box above this column and selecting a person will automatically return only the approved time off request(s) with that person.
Total Slots:This is number of slots that will be unavailable for the approved requested time off date. Entering a specific number in the search box above this column will automatically return only the approved time off request(s) with that number of unavailable slots. Description: This is description of the approved time off request. Entering a specific or partial description in the search box above this column will automatically return only the approved time off request(s) with that description.
