See Fig A. above. This view displays all confirmed, leads, pending and post production events that have been modified. "New Event", "New Task", and "New Appointment" buttons are also provided to create a new event, task, and appointment. Using the search bar along the top of each column will automatically limit the modified events listed to what is being searched for. A red "Clear" link is provided to clear the search. The following columns of information are displayed on this page:
Date Modified:This is the date that the modification was made to the current event by date modified. Clicking any date will open the event file that date. Entering a specific or partial date in the search box above this column will automatically return only the current event(s) by date modified with that date.
Booking Status:This is the booking status of the current event by date modified. Clicking the drop-down in the box above this column and selecting a status will automatically return only the modified event(s) for that status.
Event Type:This is the event type of the current event by date modified. Clicking the drop-down in the box above this column and selecting an event type will automatically return only the modified event(s) with that type. Primary Venue:This is the primary venue of the current event by date modified. Clicking any venue will open the detailed venue information file for that venue. Entering a specific or partial venue in the search box above this column will automatically return only the current event(s) by date modified with that venue when pressing the "Enter" key. Event Date:This is the event date of the current event by date modified. Entering a specific or partial date in the search box above this column will automatically return only the current event(s) by date modified with that date when pressing the "Enter" key. Event Name/Client Name: This is the primary client/event name of the current event by date modified. The event name field will take precedence over the primary client name field for this column. Clicking any name will open the information file for that name. Entering a specific or partial name in the search box above this column will automatically return only the modified event(s) for that name.
