See Fig A. above. This view displays all confirmed and pending current events by employee as well as all blackouts. "New Event", "New Task", and "New Appointment" buttons are also provided to create a new event, task, and appointment. Using the search bar along the top of each column will automatically limit the events listed to what is being searched for. A red "Clear" link is provided to clear the search. The following columns of information are displayed on this page:
Event Date:This is the event date of the current event by employee. Clicking any event date will open that event file for that date. Entering a specific or partial date in the search box above this column will automatically return only the current event(s) by employee with that date when pressing the "Enter" key. Booking Status:This is the booking status of the current event by employee. Clicking the drop-down in the box above this column and selecting a status will automatically return only the current event(s) by employee for that status. Event Type:This is the event type of the current event by employee or blackout. Clicking the drop-down in the box above this column and selecting an event type will automatically return only the current event(s)/blackout(s) with that type. Primary Venue:This is the primary venue of the current event by employee. Clicking any venue will open the detailed venue information file for that venue. Entering a specific or partial venue in the search box above this column will automatically return only the current event(s) for that venue when pressing the "Enter" key. Next Action:This is the next action to be taken for the current event by employee. Clicking the drop-down in the box above this column and selecting a next action will automatically return only the current event(s)/blackout(s) with that next action. Resources:This is employee #1 and employee #2 assigned to the current event by employee. Entering a specific or partial name in the search box above this column will automatically return only the current event(s) by employee with that name when pressing the "Enter" key.
