Reminder text messages can be sent to the "Admin", "Client", and "Staff". Locate "Reminders" section. Click the appropriate check the boxes in the "Text/SMS" field.
Verify that the client has a cell phone number entered in their file and that text/sms is set to be allowed. Open a client folder. Click the "Client Tab". Client the client extended information button ( [i] ).
Locate "Telephone Numbers" section. Locate "Cell/Mobile" field. Verify a phone number has been entered. Locate "Text/SMS" field. Select "Yes". Click "Save" button.
Resources > Employees - Select an employee file. Click "Edit" button. Locate "Telephone Numbers" section. Locate "Cell Phone" field. Verify a phone number has been entered. Locate "Text/SMS" field. Select "Yes". Click "Save" button.
