"Venues" Section when Creating Event Types

These fields below provide the ability to create custom Venue/Event location names.  If you only have one event location, leave the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th venue title sections blank.  Same if you only have 2 venues/locations - leave the last two blank, etc...

Example: If you're a DJ doing both the ceremony and reception, you could have:

Primary Venue Title: Ceremony Location
Secondary Venue Title: Reception Location
