How do I make a PDF document available to clients / prospects with links?

Web Tools > Configuration > Client Links: Client Portal Links section.  Locate "Full URL (include http://):" field.  Enter URL address of the location of the PDF file.  Locate "Link Title" field.  Enter a title for the PDF URL link.  Click "Save Chnages" button.  The link now appears in every client's / prospect's online planner.
