No.  Contracts can be created to fit every client with the use of tokens.  They can also be tailored to specific event types.  Lastly, a generic contract built-in by Gigbuilder can be used.

Setup > Paperwork > Contracts - Create new contracts
Setup > Gigbuilder Sytem > Event Defaults: Built-In Printout Inclusion section - Use built-in contact

Tip:  If creating a contract, link the contract to each event type that applies.  Setup > Event Planning > Events
