Enter email name in "Name" field. This for your reference only. Enter subject in "Subject" field. This is the subject title the client / prospect sees. Enter body of letter. Click "Insert Token" button to find tokens for various information you want auto-inserted into email. Locate and highlight any attachments associated with the email. Select recipients for the email. Select when email will be sent. Select which event types the email applies to. Click "Save" button.
