Setup > Event Planning > Surveys - Currently, there is no option for duplicating surveys.  They have to be done manually one at a time.  If you are asking the exact questions, there is no need for duplication.  Simply give the survey a general name and add it to each event type.  If the majority of the questions are different, this also defeats the purpose of duplication.  If the majority of the questions are the same with a few that will be edited, a support team member can duplicate the survey on the backside.  Please create a support ticket if you need this done.  You will still be responsible for editing and renaming your surveys.
