There are two options to add to the balance when you are adding extra hours for an event. Choose which option works best for you.
Open a client / prospect folder. Click "Details" tab. Click "Edit" button.
Locate "Times" section. Locate "Overtime" field. Select number of hours and minutes from drop-down boxes. Note: Using any amount of minutes automatically rounds up to the next hour. Example: 3 hours 10 minutes is equal to 4 hours 0 minutes for calculating purposes. Locate "Overtime Rate" field. Enter dollar amount for each hour of overtime. Click "Save" button.
Click "Pricing" tab. Locate "Pricing Summary" section. Locate "plus Overtime" field. Option #1 will add to the total balance here.
Locate "Addon Name" section. Enter an addon name in the field. Locate "Addon Pricing" section. Locate "Default Price" field. Enter a default price per hour. Click "Save" button.
Option #1: Open a client / prospect folder. Click "Pricing" tab. Click "Edit" button.
Locate "Options" section. Locate "Description" field. Select addon from drop-down box. Locate "Quan" field. Select number from drop-down box. Locate "Amount" field. Default amount should be displayed. You may override amount by typing in a new amount. Locate "Pricing Summary" section. Locate "Package Total" field. Option #2 will add to the total balance here. Click "Save" button.
