If I delete a venue, how does that affect clients / prospects that have / had an event at that venue?

If you choose to delete a venue, you will have the option to reassign all of the clients / prospects attached to that venue to another venue.  Attached clients / prospects are shown in the "Dependencies" section.  This is helpful if the same venue is listed in your system twice. You may also choose to not reassign a client / prospect if you'd like.  This is best used when you must reassign multiple clients / prospects to different venues.  If you choose to reassign, simply type a few letters of the new venue in the "Reassign Dependencies" section.  Click "Delete" button.
