Is there a way for Gigbuilder to display an alternate email address in the from field in automated emails without changing the Gigbuilder default email address?

No, not at this time.  Although we would like to add this option of an "alias" field that would appear in the automated emails, we cannot add it at this time. Due to the crackdown by ISPs and the risk of being blacklisted, we cannot take this chance.
