How do I make a survey show in a client's online planner?

Open a client folder.  Click "Summary" tab.  Locate "Event Status" section.  Confirm "Booking Status" field reads "Completed".




Click "Paperwork" tab.  Locate "Satisfaction Survey" field.  Confirm a survey has been selected.




Web Tools > Configuration > Client Options - Locate "General Client Options" section.  Check mark "Satisfaction Survey" field.




Suggestion: Create an automated emails with the survey token. It provides a direct link to the survey!!
