Create powerful contracts and other documents using Gigbuilder do not have to repeat typing in the same information for all clients / prospects. As an example, Dear {$C_FNAME} would replace having to type every email out with Dear John, Dear Sue, Dear Joe. The {$C_FNAME} token automatically places those names in your emails!

1. Begin by selecting [SETUP] then [PAPERWORK] then either [Contracts] or [Documents].

2. Select an existing document to edit, or press [Create] to build a new document/contract.

3.  Provide a name for the document.  This will NOT print and is only used for your reference.

4.  Visibility:

• Administrator -- this is YOU.  Check it if you want to be able to view or print this document/contract.
• Employee -- Can your employee view or print?
• Customer -- Permit your customer to view/print as well.
