Web Tools > Configuration > Client Options: "General Client Options" section.  De-select "Notify Me of Changes (All)" and "Notify Me of Changes (Pending/Confirmed)" to not receive emails when a prospect / client views or makes changes in their online planner.  De-select "Notify Changes on Mobile Device (All)" to not receive text messages when a prospect / client views or makes changes in their online planner.
