How do I override a client's access to their planner if the have been locked-out?

Resources > Clients: Locate the client you wish to override for by scrolling and finding the client or by typing their name in the search box above the client name column.




Select client. Click their name to open their information.




Click the "Edit" button once the client information screen has loaded.




Locate the "Event Planner" section.  See "Settings" field and select "Force/Override Allow Access" from drop-down box.  Click "Save" button.




Alternatively, you can override access from within a client folder.  Open a client folder.  Click "Client" tab.  Click "" button.
