| Client / Prospect Folder |
A client/prospect folder contains all the information pertaining to that client/prospect. The folder consists of several tabs including: Summary, Details, Client, Venues, Resources, Paperwork, Pricing, Accounting, Other, Contacts, and Music. |

The default library / database is provided by Gigbuilder and has over thirty thousand songs and is automatically kept up to-date |
| Documents |
Setup > Paperwork > Documents: Documents are static in that they do not require any client input. They can use tokens to pull information from various fields from within Gigbuilder including the primary planning form. |
| SMS/Text MSG |
Short Message Service (SMS) is a communication service using standardized communications protocols allowing the interchange of short text messages between mobile devices. |
| Tokens |
The link between your auto-emails, documents, contracts, etc. and just about every information field in your Gigbuilder system! A token will auto-populate information so that you do not have to repeat typing in the same information for all clients / prospects. As an example, Dear {$C_FNAME} would replace having to type every email out with Dear John, Dear Sue, Dear Joe. The {$C_FNAME} token automatically places those names in your emails!
