How does the instant estimator calculate the "Est. Distance" to a venue?
Gigbuilder calculates the estimated distance to a venue by using the center point of your company zip code found under Setup > Gigbuilder System > Company Info and the center point of the venue zip code under Resources > All Venues / Visible venues.
Why are my packages not showing up? Instant estimator is on.
Setup > Event Planning > Events - Select the event type you want packages to be displayed for in the instant estimator. Click to open. Locate "Packages" section. Highlight appropriate packages. Click "Save" button.
