Where can I find the location to add / edit a prospect's / client's address?
Open a client / prospect folder. Click "Client" tab. Click "i" button. Locate "Mailing Address" or "Billing Address" sections. Enter or edit appropriate address fields. Click "Save" button.
How do I / Can I receive faxes in Gigbuilder?
Only sending faxes is supported at this time. See "How do I fax a client / prospect / venue of a prospect / client?" for instructions on faxing clients / prospects / venues.
I am not getting a cumulative total of the options under pricing summary.
This is a common situation that is simply over looked when selecting the option. Check to ensure that you have entered a quantity in the "Quan" column. Often, it has been found that a quantity of "0" has been entered.
How do I duplicate a gig/event?

How do I get my event "next action" (return calls, mail information etc.) to show up on the calendar?
The calendar will not show event "next actions". They will only be displayed on the Home/Dashboard page or under Event Planning > Reminders > Next Actions.
