    The auto-responder cannot be setup based on event type. We suggest tailoring the auto-responder as a generic response with tokens used to customize it for that event type / client. You can the create a more specific custom email to be sent out automatically the day after the event was created.

    A simple contact website form is available under Web Tools > Forms > Site Widgets. Note that this contact form will only email you the information. It will not auto-populate into Gigbuilder.

    Gigbuilder does not provide automatic receipts when a payment is made at this time. You can however, create a custom receipt in documents which would allow clients to print them out from their online planner.

    Gigbuilder will always return a date as available unless you have either all slots for that day confirmed with events or all slots blacked out. Dates that have events with statuses of new, lead, pursued, etc. will still show available as you have not technically been booked.

    Requests for time off can be viewed under Event Planning > Time Off > Pending.

    This error occurs when an invalid event type is selected under the "Details" tab of the event file. Select a valid event type from the drop-down box. Event types can be created under Setup > Event Planning > Event Types.
